Default 20.1 inch LCD at TigerDirect--good deal?

Looks like TigerDirect.com is selling a refurbished HP 20.1 inch LCD monitor that does 1600x1200 for $189 after a $50 rebate. Is this a good deal?

The link on TigerDirect.

For comparison, here is a very popular and very nice Dell for $233 and that includes Dell's 3 yr warranty. Dell 20" Wide Screen

Sorry, I didn't realize that 1600x1200 was the deciding factor. I thought you were just looking for a good hi res. monitor. oops!
