Unfortunately, this meant they have had to cancel both of the cheques because the duplicates had the same cheque number and could not be cancelled unless we cancelled the original cheque as well.

Please dispose of these two identical cheques as if you try to cash them they will bounce and your bank may try to charge you.

We have re-issued your cheque and this has been mailed today.
