What does one do in this spot? Im weary of calling bc If I am beat the flops probably not gonna do anything for me if it comes Queen high... Is the right play to come back over the top to around $7.50- $8 and then fold if he pushes?

Unless the villian is a super nit, I push here nearly 100% of the time.

Well I had just sat down at the table and really had no read on the guy, my problem is I feel like when I do push this guy in he auto calls with Aces, I also worry if I do re raise to say $8 ish that hes gonna push with 2 Jacks or Queens, AK etc. Its a common place I find myself in and I hate to just move the guy all in and have him beat me in with Aces

And I'll go ahead and post that I did push on him and he had Aces and they held. I mean with no read theres not alot I can do I guess.. I try to go on feel and I honestly felt incredibly bad about this situation and really felt like he had it.
