Jeez, that would make me like better....

Like my check from neteller bouncing due to a "stop payment" instead of "account closed"....End result--NO MONEY

I would like to talk about what, if any options we have to try and get our money. Even if we cant legally get our money back, the U.S. customers could sure stir something up right?

Good question, but there doesn't seem to be any experts in this area, or at least none willing to propose possible actions...

Stellar, while I agree that your analysis is compeling, we will have to agree to disagree on action non-US players should take, at this time.

Neteller was very good to us, for quite some time... and remains the best processor for non-US players!

Trust me I know. and I dont have answers to what is going on. Right now, they can't even figure out who changed the float on my account (they don't even know who floated 2500 of 5000 on Thursday), and ACH department cannot see the deposit ever existing. However, Two Bank Reps and a manager (who released funds) on Thursday and Friday last week confirmed they could see an incoming ACH for 5000 from Neteller. Now, no one can see any such transfer ever existing and they don't know who gave me access to half that incoming ACH.

I mean does anyone see it as possible that this ACH deposit hit, but they have to withold it from me as available funds? Ok for example, I know that when a bank suspects money laundering and they report it, the bank cannot tell the customer that they are being investigated. Could it be the DOJ has notified the banks that certain transfers are to be held indefinately and the customer is not to know? None of you work in a bank or know anything about this? Do any of you have any constructive questions I could be asking?

EDIT----------------
If y'all dont care what happens in this thread then I don't care lock it up. Rename the post to, neteller "no" news. I dont give a sh*t, but dont complain for trying to contribute. I just thought when a bank manager confirms a incoming deposit and gives me access to the funds, its reliable. So it pisses me off when I hear all the kiddies b^tching. I'm frustrated too.

Here is a nice timeline:

Thursday: Yes we can see a 5K incoming ACH set to post Saturday. Half your funds available in an hour.
Friday Morning: Yes, I see the ACH for 5k (yes I can confirm it has the same description as your incoming ACH deposits on xx/xx/2007 and xx/xx/2007 (neteller)). Half the funds are available now, half will be released Tomorrow.
Monday: Where is my ACH? --- response: "I dont know. -transfer- hold- transfer. can we call you back?"
tuesday: " "
today: " "
