Default Flop str8, turn puts 3 flush and 4 str8

2/5 NL live at Hawaiian Gardens. Just sat down for 1 rotation. No reads on players.

4 limpers including SB, I am BB with 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Pot is $20 after rake. Flop: 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

SB ck, I bet $20 with my low str8. MP1 calls. All others fold.

Pot is $60. Turn: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

I have about $350 and villian has $250.

What's my action? If I bet out, how much? If villian raises, then what? Can I c/r this spot?

Did you vomit cross the table when the turncard came? Thats the worst card possible in the deck. Not only completes it every draw out there, but also does it scare villain off of nearly any hand you still beat.

I'd probably bet 40 here and fold to raise. If villain calls c/f any non-8s river.

C/f turn, regardless of how bad live players r. U won't be able to play a big pot without being behind.
