What would you do to make millions?

I really don't think they would drop the price of their fees. They are obviously doing fine financially and have too big of a following. Most people would be so comfortable with eBay they wouldn't leave, even if a cheaper company came along.

Would it be tough to compete with them? Sure. I am sure there are copy cat auction companies all over the web that fail every day.

But it could/can be done ... Just would take one hell of a business plan, and lots of moolah.
