You absolutely cannot fold this pre flop. You have VERY clear set odds.

Most of the time for a guy to make this kind of raise his range is QQ+ (and occasionally some spaz 88+ AQ and AK) so shoving here is basically suicide.

Its a call.

[cue Hubie Brown voice]You're calling 650. You need odds of at least 9-to-1 or 10-to-1, counting situations when you hit your set and still lose. Effective stacks should be at least 5850 to make the call +EV at 9-1. Even adding in the money that's already in the pot, you can only win up to 4700+400+150+75=5325. That's barely enough at 8-to-1.

Edit: missed MP2 call. Make that you can win up to 5725. Mmmm...meh.

Yeah, I didn't think I had pure set odds but what with flat caller maybe coming along, the chance that villain is spazzing AK or TT, I think it's a call in general. Having said that, I was sure in my guts villain had KK+.

Gah, how often will you hit your set and lose? 2/47 * 2/47 = 0.16%, and let's add some more for when you randomly get flushed/straighted out. Not nearly enough to need 9/10-1 is it. With these stacks, I can't imagine villain will lay down AA/KK either (barring a J and an A hitting with him having KK, but that's just sooo unlikely as well), so I think you can safely discount not getting his stack when your set comes in.
