Yeah, but Canadian schools are supposedly way more challenging, and I can believe it since almost anything would be harder than most American classes.

OP clearly stated he's Canadian so don't try to bash him for something he's right about.

Stop quoting about the grade thing, we all get it.
Anyway, back to OP... It sounds like you already have a pretty good plan. I think I would just make a choice and then don't look back wondering if you made the right one. It seems like you have the attitude that you can be happy wherever you go if you puot int he effort.

Sounds like you want to goto pretty much any big school. Most of them will have that atmosphere you are looking for. I would suggest somewhere in the south because the weather will be nice. I goto Ohio University in Athens Ohio and the parties are great, bar scene is awesome but the weather isn't ideal. I don't necessarily have any suggestions but anything in the Big 10, Big 12, Pac-10 or SEC that has a party reputation I would look into further.

ok thanks guys I'll narrow this down. Looking for a school where i can pay tuition and live for around 15k for the year. Has to be big and good party reputation. I looked over my marks and my low ones are like 74 and my high ones are like 85, so my average is more like 80.
It can be in the states or canada, but being as i am canadian i'm pretty liberal. I don't wanna go to like, texas or something. Weather is a non issue. Also, nobody answered my question of whether i could play poker from a dorm in the usa. I would assume yes, being as i'm canadian.. but maybe college resnet would block it? i dunno?

Lots of colleges (McGill,Concordia, UQAM and University of Montreal) and great nightlife! If you speak French, you're essentially guaranteed to get into to sg like University of Montreal. If you don't there is Concordia...don't think 80% is good enough for McGill grad, but it might be....
