If you had less than 100bb effective stacks I usually push preflop without any reads. Calling is just fine here.

On the flop I am usually calling unless I've seen Villian stack off lightly. You are giving a free one to a flush but I think a flush draw makes up a small part of his range here. If he bets the turn I push on a blank and if he checks I check behind to induce a river bet.
