i dont mind just calling preflop in position if you sometimes do it with AA or KK as well.

People do dumb things all the time. My play was pretty standard. I emailed Party Poker to ask them about the results of the hand - they said the board would have brought the King of diamonds and the river wold have been the King of hearts! Lolo you folded quad Kings dood!!!

hmm, i guess i hadnt really given this issue too much thought so maybe ur right. just curious tho, what are the reasons for not calling preflop here? Is it because we are forcing ourselves to hit the flop, and also get outplayed by hands like AQ or SC's on a non ace or king flop?

also, if you do just call with AA and KK in position sometimes, what other hands do you call with in order to balance your game? Just pocket pairs with correct set odds?
