Default Another set in big pot

This is a hand from this months session review where me and my partner have two differnt ideas about how to play this hand. We decided to post it here to get some more inputs and try to find the "better" way to play it, so please help us out here.

BTW, this is my first (but not last) session review and I must say it's great. If you haven't tried it berofe you really should!

BB is 25/21/2.2 over 250 hands, looks solid so far
UTG+1 is 35/4/.4 over 50 hands
Button is 70/5/.7 over 100 hands and has no clue

Prima Poker skin
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $0.50/$1

Pre-flop: (6 players) Cavok is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, CO folds, Button calls, Cavok raises, BB 3-bets, UTG+1 calls, Button calls, Cavok caps, BB calls, UTG+1 calls, Button calls.

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (15.5SB, 4 players)
Cavok bets, BB calls, UTG+1 calls, Button calls.

Scary flop, KQ has a straight and everyone else has a draw of some kind. Is there any way of protecting this hand? Should I slow down?
I bet out hoping to get raised but in hindsight I realize that the pot is so big now that everyone will hang around until the river.

Turn: 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (9.75BB, 4 players)
Cavok bets, BB calls, UTG+1 calls, Button calls.

River: T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (13.75BB, 4 players)

So now I have the second nuts...

Cavok bets, BB folds, UTG+1 calls, Button calls.

Results:
Final pot: 16.75BB

Checking anywhere is kinda silly. Get your value.

I'd bet 3bet the river like a pro and own those gimps calling me down!

edit - are you guys arguing over to go for a screwplay or something?, this seems a bad idea with 2 passive guys there

Well, for starters we could go for a checkraise on the flop since the BB will probably bet again. The downside is that KQ is still a very possible holding out there.

Basically the checkraise is the topic here and if it's a good play, where to make it.

But the post might be just as worthless as you said and then we did learn something, and everything works just as intended.
