Was just thinking, if I was to go on holiday to the US could I play poker over the internet. I`m from the UK.

If you play on Poker Stars or another site that allows US players you can. If you try to log onto a site that does not they block you according to the IP address you are acessing it from.

thx... kidna blows a hole in my plans of holiday home in the US.

Do you guys see US players being able to play again in the future ? , I`m not totally clear why the bill has been brought in.

All the bill does is prevent U.S. banks from transfering funds to gambling sites. It doesnt really change anything for the U.S. because we can still use third party companies like epassporte and mywebatm.

So kev123 i think you CAN play in the US if you use a third party or UK banks---->Gambling site
