You think people are wrong in saying that Neteller has handled the situation with a lack of professionalism?

I would go back in a second. I loved Party and dearly miss it every day.

It is just bizarre to me to boycott a company for this reason. Did anyone boycott McDonald's when they eliminated the McRib? There is honestly no difference at all between the two examples.

No, you are dumb. Poker sites don't have a problem sending me MY MONEY even to this day. Why should Neteller?

Oh because their assets are frozen by the U.S. gov? Please.

I would move some of my play back to party...but I would keep most of it at Tilt/UB/Stars because they stuck with us.

I could play at party and don't.

However this is more because there's no Razz or 2-7.

People have short memories and even shorter one when making money is involved so as long as they run crappy adverts that bring the fish in most players will go back.

If I were the owner of partypoker and had billions in my pocket, why wouldn't I pull out of the US market? I could live comfortably for the rest of my life without having to worry about a US indictment hanging over my head and worry about them pressuring a country I'm living in to arrest and extradite me and face the next 20 years in jail. "Abandoned" isn't the right word to use here. The totalitarian gov't of the US is to blame.

Party Poker handled everything remarkably well. We were given notice before we couldn't play anymore. Cashouts were processed quickly and we could even use our points at the store for months afterwards. It's not like I just woke up one day and my money was gone a la Neteller. I don't see why I am supposed to by holding something against Party Poker.

I have always hated partypoker and have always like wsex (as a business, not a poker room), so I am biased. However, the reason I would be hesitant to go back to party is because of their lack of involvement before this all went down. As the industry leader who was never shy about bleeding us of every dollar they could, they had a duty to lead lobbying efforts. All they ever did was support the (to this point, at least) useless PPA. If they now led efforts and were involved in precident-setting court cases, I would be fine with playing there, but if they are only able to enter the market because of work other companies did, I don't see myself giving them much action.

the other sits didnt stay with US players out of some sense of solidarity, they did it because that was their customer base.

I only played party for reload bonus, limit structure sucked.
