hmm... that is similar to what happened with me... although it was for at least 4 or 5K and I dont remember the exact details... they worked with me on setting up a payment plan over some months to pay it back after they finally caught the mistake... and I eventually paid it all back... i was honest and paid back their 5K and now down the road they have me on the hook for considerably more than that... a sick irony, but many of us have similar issues... let's hope there will be something positive that comes to light in the next 30 days, I think we've all had our fair share of negatives at this point...

Hello Nicholas,

Thank you for writing.

We have not received any information in regards to ePassporte no longer
doing online gambling transactions. At this moment, they are working as
per normal.

Please let us know any time we may be of further assistance.

Wednesday when epassporte was all screwed up I deposited from my visa card and the money was taken off, but wasn't in my account so I called them and they said their servers were down for awhile or some nonsense. So fast foward 48 hours and 3 phone calls later they tell me the deposit was declined by my bank (wtf the money was on my visa and was taken off when I tried to deposit to epassporte, so I doubt it was my card issuers fault) and they had to fax my visa issuer something so the money is put back on my card, still says the transaction is pending on my visa statement. Anyone know how long this process will take and when the money will be put back on my card?

I guess I should be thankfull I got through to an actual person 3 times in 48 hours considering their awesome customer support.

I had literally the exact same thing happen to me, they told me it would take a few days but the funds would be returned to my bank. Hope that helps,

Do you have to load with a credit card to get the epassporte visa?

You currently have the following 1 load(s) pending :
$100.00 will be available Wed Feb 28, 2007 05:30 PM (PST).

Once this load is in, can I then purchase the visa?

I loaded with my checking acct as my Visas weren't going thru. Had the same pending message. And even though my checking acct had been debited 6 days previous, it took until the message day for my money to get into my epass acct.

Then i was able to order my physical Visa card. And I get the message that it'll take 3-5 weeks to get that. Yay. Epass really needs to streamline this.

SUCCESS STORY

My epassporte signup last week was flawless, I chose for the two small deposits to be made into my checking account, and those deposits were made the next day. I verified the account and have $300 being loaded within 7 business days (so by Friday)

"Success story?" Were you around for Neteller?

I don't even bother anymore. It's absurdly cumbersome and unwieldy.

What am I, 80 years old?

Jeez.

question about the visa ATM withdrawal limits...

I paid the $5 for a Select Account which should have increased my ATM withdrawal limits to $600/day. However, when I go to my Account Balance page, it says my ATM Cash Withdrawal limit is $320...

does anyone else have this same problem, and if so, have they contacted epassporte about it?
