Current wrestling gimmicks
My god, what is this crap that I'm watching? I'm watching smackdown right now and these gimmicks are terrible. Who was the genius that thought up the "Deuce and Domino" 50's gimmick? Well to be fair, they're such badasses that they're "from the other side of the tracks."
And wtf are Paul London and his tag team partner supposed to be? They run out to really crappy generic rock music while sporting their "edgy" masks. Another great idea is Vito's dress wearing gimmick. God, I could go on and on but these are the ones that just came to my head. These gimmicks are seriously worse than the stuff in the 80's, but the only difference is that the [censored] in the 80's was over 20 years ago so it makes it even more lame now.

Like books, movies , music at some point almost every idea possible has been used and you have to start rehashing things.
You should write a letter to WWE and explain that you alone have all new ideas and can lead the WWE into a golden age neverbefore seen in the world today. Vince will hire you to a 1,000,000 contract take all your ideas and then FIRE YOU..... I hope he get's you to join the kiss my ass club.

[/ QUOTE ] Original ideas or otherwise, there really is no excuse for Deuce and Domino's gimmick, because it gives them no potential to develop in a believable way. This is the stuff they could've used very well before the "Attitude Era". London and Kendrick are great though, and they get brought down by [censored] like Little Boogeyman.

I may be in the minority here but I like the duece and domino gimmick, its old school yo. Plus when they come out they remind me of when rythem & blues used to come to the ring in the cadillac. Theres been way worse gimmicks in wrestling then this.
