Giftcards.com no longer offer virtual cards

438pm EST on Friday.

Last night i purchased a gift card and called them to verify the information. Today the card was still not activated.

I called CS and explained the situation. They told me that they are no longer offering virtual giftcards and that my order was cancelled.

Moving forward they are only offering the physical card (you order it online, then wait for it to arrive in the mail.)

CS said that my other gift card that I purchased last week is still valid, just no new virtual gift cards will be sold.

so what if we bought a gift card awhile ago and havn't used it? Is it still active? Are they just stopping the issue of new cards and current cards will still work fine?
