Nice assumption there. I do not datamine and FYI, sites have found ways to only allow a history if you are seated. That is how I prefer it.

I'm not getting into this argument again. I simply said I would return under that condition. I am NOT the only one. Until then, I am happy playing elsewhere.

Now back to topic. I would return to Party on Day 1 if they allowed the US back in.

Jay, it's a little of both. I'd go back to Party if that's where the "fish" are but also because they handled the situation well. However, companies that screwed us without warning like Neteller and Cryptologic sites (Sun being a notable exception) I would never consider returning to.

My yes is conditioned on a refund of the $0.16 they confiscated from my account after the partygammon bonus fiasco.

On second thought, I'll settle for a 5x welcome back bonus. At least Party didn't screw us over like Neteller and others.

Party has been criticized legitimately here for many things. But when they "abandoned the market" they paid everyone, gave no information to the DOJ, and had no cashout issues. That's a lot better than we can say for some sites, and while I wish they had stayed, I can't entirely blame them for bailing. As a listed company, they had no choice.

I would not go back in a million and half years even if they were the last places on planet earth.

Here they made billions of dollars and when the time came to stand up and fight for your customers, they ran tail tween legs expecting us to form some idiotic grass roots movement or something.
