Tourney first is sort of weird. I'll be sitting there playing solitaire waiting for a few more people to bust out.

Andrew,

Silly questions from a first timer:

Do you need us to bring chairs or do you have enough to cover?

Do you want us there promptly at 4pm for tourney purposes?

[/ QUOTE ]

Chairs would be nice.

4pm for the tourney would be good.

Nevermind...figured it out. I also live in SF area. Nice to see so many players online from The Bay Area. co-workers trying to organize a charity Tournament for next month in SF. Last time the prizes were great! PS3, $250 bar tab @ downtown bar, 2 nights @ fancy SF hotel, etc. I wil post when this gets off the ground 4 all in the Bay Area interested.

Default Thank you Sossman subthread--add your own highlights!

I want to thank Sossman again for hosting the 2+2 home game. Seems he is one of the very few to actually own/live in a house and is willing to host. Again the turnout was great. We had 21 people on my sign up list (although I think one person forgot). Anyone who signed up, I will send that contact list via e-mail soon.

My own personal highlights:
- Unable to defend the tourney championship due to AA cracked vs KJ. No champion was crowned as the remaining four decided to do a 4-way chop.

- Participating in the toughest no-limit cash game I've ever played (6-7 handed). Getting it all in with TT vs Sossman's KQs and losing twice on both board runs. 4-bet shoving 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and getting Lyric to fold AK. Getting healthy with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and doubling through Djsensei with top two.

Add your own highlights here!
