Default NL 200: How would you play a draw heavy turn?

This situation has happened more often to me recently since I have been playing a lot more hands. I know that the 9 might be a dirty out... but generally what would you do in this situation, 3/5 pot bet? and would you act the same way if you were OOP or called a EP/MP raise?

I prob check 75%

fire again 25%

without reads, the mix changes depending on the player

I'd bet about 60% here

The BB could just be calling your flop bet to see if you would double barrel as well as actually have a mediocre holding.
I see the BB range as AK, KQ, KJ, KT, AT, JT, T9, QJ, AJ, AQ, 22-TT, AA-KK, 76, 65
I'd expect to see the strong kings and paired Ts more often then the rest.

If the BB will slowplay monsters, I'm actually more inclined to bet here. If you hit your gin card on the river, you can get a stack!

I would also usually check here. If he has a big hand he might check raise here. By checking you cause him to make a huge mistake by letting you draw. You can always try firing on river if a total blank hits. But again I would be happy to draw for free here.

Take a free card. You have plenty of outs and position.

Once you take a free card, then on the river ...

If you hit a flush, and villain bets, then you can call (or raise, but I'd be wary of the fact that he might have a higher flush if he leads a large amount on a heart river).

If you miss everything and villain checks, then you can bet (he might have missed a draw too).

If you hit a straight you can bet/raise/push whatever to get as much in as possible.

If you miss and he bets, then you can fold having only lost a small pot.

I'd hate to fire again only to be check/raised. I'd also hate to fire again only to have villain call forcing me to make a big bluff at a large pot at a missed river vs what might be a calling station with TP.
