I can go either way on the turn, but if he really sucks as you say, I'm going to bet out here.

As played, I'd just call the river.
He's either bluffing his missed draw, has a weak jack or has you smoked (unlikely).

yeah, i'd bet and fold to a c/r. you're usually going to get exactly one bet from Jx usually so it doesn't matter if you take it now or later, but you get an extra bet from a flush draw if you bet here.

as played, raising the river is terrible.

i think that its important to know in what way the villian sucks. from his stats i get the impression that he sucks because he is a passive calling station. If that is the case then a turn bet is definately the way to go. Id also bet the river smallish to squeeze out max value. As played, i would just call the river. Probably a block bet with a J or a lame bluff with a missed flush draw. I cant imagine him calling your raise with worse than A9.

Note that if the villian sucked because he was a 58/27/7 wildman i would be way more in favour of a turn check to induce a river bluff by him that we can snap off, and to also avoid being put into a really sticky spot on the turn and/or river with a marginal hand.
