Default Nut flush draw from SB

Villain just doubled up through UTG last hand. He made a mini 3-bet to $7 with 99 and called 4-push for a total of around $40. It held up vs AKs. Just to let you know I guess he doesn't fold too easy. Other than that he has been playing 30/6 over 30 hands or so, somewhat passive post flop. I have been stealing here and there but nothing outrageous.

Button $82
SB=Hero covers

4 handed

Dealt to hero A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

UTG folds, Button calls $1, Hero completes, BB checks

Flop ($3) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero bets $2, BB folds, Button raises $10, Hero ?

If we 3-bet here how much? Or should I just call?

Easy laydown. Youve invested a minimal amount and dont want to get involved in a big pot when youre drawing out of position against one opponent. You also didnt mention what range of hands you put your opponent on here.

yeah, i like a call. you're going to have some annoying decisions later in the hand, but i don't like a 3-bet here because you're not going to fold out Tx very often but will fold out smaller flush draws.

Why is folding so crazy to some of you? We have almost nothing invested in this pot...and we're OOP w/ a fairly transparent draw. You're taking the worst of it...and it's going to be tough to get much money in the pot even if we do hit. In a raised pot, I'd agree folding would be pretty bad...but not here.
