Default The beginning of possibly something horrible at UB?

i knew UB has nearly non-existent customer service and everything and for the past 24 hour i've been looking for a way to deposit onto UB. I tried my credit card, visa electron, epassporte (no time to wait for them w/ the microdeposit), western union, and even tried calling them.

I heard that if you call them, they can manually put your credit card through. So i tried to call them again just now, and for the past 12 hours i usually was greeted by the voice machine at ub, 2 mins ago i was greeted by different voice machine that says the number is non-working which proceeds to give a variety of weird numbers. ok so i guess there is no longer customer service, and the new signup bonus was dropped 300 bucks from 650 to 350, and nobody else see this strange.

all i want is to service their p.o.s. company by depositing on their site and take advantage of their bonus/rakeback/points to money but i guess they don't like business. horribly run business

There CS is especially poor right now because they are integrating CS with Absolute I believe. Not totally sure on that, but I think I read that somewhere on 2p2.

I used a Visa CC (US card) and went to the deposit page in the client and put in the CC info. I then had a message pop up to call a certain phone number to complete the transaction. I called that number, was on hold for about seven or eight minutes, then got a live person. And he took care of me. Punched in the CC manually, I got my deposit and he told me I wouldn't have to go through that again with that card, that it would be good to go.

Say good by to your 750 for 7-10 days. Same thing happened to me. Supposedly the "processor" has placed a hold on the funds, and even if they decline your transaction (as they did mine) your money is in limbo. At least that's what happened to me in a similar situation.
