Quick Poker Tracker Question
Upon purchasing poker tracker, it said that "if you pay with credit card, you should expect a 2nd email from us within an hour or two." It's been about 12 hours now, and I have checked online and it says my order is still unprocessed. Is this normal? Most online purchases are nearly instant, so I'm confused as to why they are taking forever to send me an email. Anyone had this before or know the cause?

Yes, of course... I have also emailed their department to 'expedite' (as they explained) the delivery. Still nothing.
