Default my letter to full tilt and the return letter

Thank you for writing to Full Tilt Poker's Customer Support.

Full Tilt Poker is now able to send checks to american players.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to mail checks
within our regular delivery times. You may still withdraw funds from
your Full Tilt Poker account by check, however, delays may affect the
time it takes for your check to arrive.

Since you are verified for checks, you will need to request a cashout
through the Cashier window for the amount you want to cash out. After
pressing "OK", you will receive an email from us that your request is
being processed and when it has been approved.

We apologize in advance for any delays you may experience because of
this issue. Rest assured, however, that we are working to resolve this
situation as quickly as possible and will deliver your funds to you at
the earliest possible time.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to email
support@fulltiltpoker.com and we are happy to help.

Regards,

John

I am a loyal player at your site and I am very disappointed with your
actions regarding the checks. I have been patient and people at 2+2
forum and other internet forums are starting to get wild. My Web ATM
does not work properly. So that is not an option. I really jumped
through hoops to get you to send me checks. Copying utility bill,
license and after doing all that i get this from you. Well this is very
aggravating. I hope you guys put an answer out soon because there has
been no response from you or anybody from your site . That is even more
disturbing! Please help me out here and tell me that you will be
sending checks again and they will be going out ASAP. ALso that they
will not take that long as other sites seem to send them in the matter
of 6 days. sometimes 4 days. Please give me some hope as i truly
believed in you and i would like to again

No I haven't. It is encouraging, as previously they have only avoided the question and not made any direct statements.

I'd like to hear some specifics though. Its still very vague and non-committal. I'm getting tired of airy innuendo that all will be well very soon, without any associated tangible action.

Thanks for the post O8king. I still want to cry.

Same vague crap. It is slightly encouraging that they even responded. I'm still not convinced enough to get a check yet, however. I am in the same boat as you as far as cashouts, but personally I'd rather leave the money on fulltilt, or transfer to a friend's account rather than have the money locked up in "check limbo".

Tell them to call PokerStars and ask them how theyre doing it. They look pretty pathetic here in my opinion (and Ive always been a Full Tilt fan).

I AGREE it is a little run around but it really is a much better answer then what i have received. I guess Im trying to look at the glass half full instead of half empty.

It doesn't appear to me that anything has changed. Just a different way of saying you won't be getting a check anytime soon.
