I'm not sure if this information is already in this thread, but I just got off the phone with epassporte, and the guy said that they were in Florida. He also said the company was based out of California.

The fun never ends...

Some ePassporte functionality is currently undergoing maintenance. Your balance will appear as $0.00 and many functions will not be available until maintenance is complete. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to resolve this matter immediately.

That is the message I get right now - middle of the day in the US. GREAT customer service these guys have. I got this after I attempted to make a deposit - and I'm still waiting for multiple days worth of withdrawls to hit my bank account.

I'm about 90% of the way to just not playing online any longer. I hate to "give up" in the face of this [censored] from the govt, but I can drive to a legal B&M in 45min or an underground room in 20min. I know I can get my money out of both places when I leave. Also he said that withdrawal limits were increased by the following guidelines... $770 withdrawal limit for account balance of $2001-4000. $1040 for account balance of 4001-??

Question... so I loaded 100 bucks from my checking the other day and they said it would take 10 days and it said it will be available on the 28th at 530 or whatever... However it looks like the funds were taken out of my checking today. Do they take the funds out and still wait a week before they make them available? that seems a little rediculous... Anyone have any experience with this?

Yes. They wait for the funds to clear before making them available to you.
