For anyone scrambling to clear the bonus, support informed me their bonus server updates every 3 hours, so you should know fairly quickly after you clear whether or not the bonus has hit your account.

i just did my transfer, i didnt have any money but 48000 action points
i was only 62000 away from my bonus
