Default I Doubt He\'s Got Much But I Got Nothing.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.10/$0.25
5 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
2 folds, Button calls, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $1</font>, BB folds, Button calls.

Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($2.25, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $2.25</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Button raises to $4.5</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero?</font>,

Now from what I know of this player, I'm ninety percent sure he doesn't have a six. He'd slowplay the six and just call nearly every time.

I also think he'd re-raise me light a LOT of the time and that he'd do this with a ten and decent kicker a lot of the time.

So, being pretty confident that he has, at best, a ten with a decent to top kicker, is this a spot to try and bluff him off the hand or do I just lay it down and wait for a better spot?

With your read I guess you can make a case for calling. If he has a Tx then you're drawing to 6 outs that aren't necessarily clean. Stack sizes may be helpful here.

Just wait for a pair.. I don't see what the big deal is.

if you are sure he doesn't have anything, and you think you can push him off his ten, take the line that maximizes your chances to do so. and if you're going to do it make sure you

for example you could raise now, or smooth call and raise a turn bet, whatever. just make sure that you are confident in your read and also that he will fold.

Obviously I could wait for a better spot. Normally I would. It's just when I'm so confident about a read I'm wondering how hard I should push him.
