I am actually having a lawyer draft and send a letter to Neteller with a politely worded request to stop [censored] around and get back to me with a definitive answer of some sort of when they're planning on moving forwrad with giving us (well, me) our money back. I've had about 10k in "Pending" status for a month now, and while not a huge sum of money it's enough to piss me off. If anyone's interested, I'll keep ya'll updated on how that goes.

Incidentally, has anyone else tried that?

wrong on both counts.

it was the DOJ who seized the funds, and its still not known whether or not they will give the money to customers, but most people ive talked to who have a clue about this kind of stuff tend to think we will get it back.
