A couple of threads have asked what to do when player next to you is not protecting his cards. (Do you tell him or just look and say nothing?)
What would, or do, you do, if/when you look across the table and see some guy continually looking at another's hand? Peeker's getting an advantage on the table - more importantly, maybe, a big advantage over you. What are your feelings now? Think a minute or two. Don't rush your answer. Are you morally/ethically moved to do something? Are you motivated by the fact of the peeker's advantage? Would you be influenced one way or the other by whether or not peeker's knowledge obviously influenced his play on more than one hand? |

"Hey, how do his cards look?"
That will put the caught-in-the-cookie-jar look on his face. |

I'd report the dealer.

I discretely told the dealer "I'll take that seat if he leaves."

I'd either tell the guy to protect his hand better or make some comment to the guy who's peeking. If I'm not the one gaining the advantage, I don't see why I'd let anyone else have it.
