I'd bet larger turn ... and I am not folding to such a small bet on river.

I guess Villain probably made his flush and is worried a bigger bet will scare you off, but I'm not folding for just $10 more on the river.

So hes a fish according to you. With the fd out there you need to pot the flop, pot the turn (fold to a push).

Technically you should call this river, but I have no problem with this fold. Considering hit stats, your reads, and his line, he has a flush 98% of the time.

He made his flush and hes gonna bet it. Only thing you can do is get more value outta these guys for when they miss their hands.

folding is probably best in application, but i always call in this spot. played well on all other streets too.

I think the fold is fine here.

But I'm not sure if folding to a push on the turn is the right thing if I put him on a FD. Lets say I pot the flop and the turn and then he pushes. Pot would be ~89$ I have to call another ~30 giving me 3:1 pot odds. (hope this is correct). If he is on a FD my chances are about 4:1. Against a set or AA I have 2 outs and I can see a fish holding QQ or AJ here. What do u guys think?

If you are as sure as you are there is no need to put in an extra 10 bucks, you will loose a pot of 56 98 times, and you will win it twice, looks like a -EV call to me then. Dont call so he wont bluff you later on, the way he is playing this, he must be drawing, his 10 dollar bets screams he has the flush.

what about a big bet on the flop? like 2x pot, with two Ds there you may want to take it down then and there.

villain is getting bad enough odds to draw with a psb and therefore you actually want him to call, because every one of those calls makes you money. Pushing him out like this is a waste of value, because he will only make his flush once out of three attempts. Overbets like that are almost always wrong unless you know that villain is a horrible calling station.

Some players like to bluff scarecards with small bets, some like to bet the nuts with small bets. Against an unknown i call and make a note. And yeah, bet that turn harder, board is drawy enough.
