Here is my latest email correspondence with FTP. They pretty much do not say anything of any value.

I even asked about emergency situations, and they again had no real answer. (Also note how she had no reply whatsoever about the expedited, couriered check option.)

Yes it works quite well, however as one guy said earlier, getting in touch with them takes forever.

Epassporte limits the eft withdrawal to $600 a day. My $600 withdrawal via eft took 4 business days. What's to stop you from putting in a $600 withdrawal everyday for 9 days to get your 5k out? Yeah, it is slower, but it would cost you 18 bucks in fees and you would have a bank deposit every day for 9 days in a row.

And since it is automatic, you don't have to rely on talking to somebody on the phone.

We don't have much choice here, we need solutions and you are going to have to be creative.

It's annoying to do this, but I don't mind the fees ($2 per $600 is not bad). I could see how it would be bad for a guy like good2cu with a lot in his account, but I am cashing out $5k maybe once every 2-3 months, so it's not that big of a deal for me. The problem I have is that - isn't the max withdrawal $300 right away? Is there any way I can email ePassporte and up this immediately?

Some people have been reporting problems getting their account upgraded. But I signed up, and hit upgrade account, paid my $5 and I was to $600 immediately.

i am kind of new to the site but heard about you and wanted to put my two bits in.

I play middle limits on Full Tilt 5 10 pot limit omahah and 36 pot limit omaha hi lo. I lay approximately 45 hours a week. I also requested a check february 2 and received a free 26 dollar token for my hassle which really does not make up for the money that i want to receive.

I am confused aas to why on poker stars they have no problem. Doyles room no problem. They are being cheap and not paying for a decent check processor. I realize that the point is to make money on their side but they are losing customers and have many disgruntled clients.

I am told that you people speak to some higher up people here.(through the site) But I have not heard from any of them on this topic. How about showing up before you lose many clients? I said to them i give you a week to clean it up then i leave. I know I am a small nothing but if more people spoke up like me the faster and the better the service will become. The amount of players will start slipping and since people are now coming imto rooms I am playing telling me and other players about the check problem and the money they are stealing.(probably not)

SOME ANSWERS ARE NEEDED!

As far as I can tell at this point there is absolutely no way for any U.S. residents to withdrawl money from FTP. I pretty much accept the fact at this point that there is no way to cash out and likely never will be. Basically if you have money in FTP it's gone.
