Default I always have trouble with unimproved 77-TT

Villian is running 22.5/4.5/2.7 over 90 hands.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.05/$0.10
6 players

CO: $11.00
Button: $9.30

Hero: $9.90

Mm.. What seems to be the problem?
You cbet the flop. The board is dry. The only thing that makes sense he calls with is an ace. Shut down on the turn. Fold to any bet. I dont understand [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

If he's a 22 playing 6 max, classify him as tight nit. Use PT and put him on Ax... After your Cbet gets called, you should CF to aggro...

I think this is almost always an ace, sometimes a 3, and almost never 77-88. 77-88 would check behind with two overcards on board. Villain called flop and then called turn on a dry board, so it's probably not a draw.

I like the c-bet, but I would check/fold turn and river. It's my standard line on A high flops when I encounter resistance.

Atleast make it 0.4$ preflop and pot it on the flop, the bet you made just seems weak. Check / fold to resistance from there...
