Total AF is 2.56, including pre. Have seen that he's picked his spots and fired on any street and took down a few pots that way, but hasn't fired on all 3 in the same hand. Didn't have any reads at the time other than this.

I would wait to pick a better spot. You are OOP with a crappy hand. Fold preflop.
As played, I think you should bet out flop. If he re-raise you-fold. If he calles your flop bet, try to get to showdown cheap. With his stats he could have 56, 5x, 6x, tripps, 10x or air. Really hard to range him. |

imo three betting A10 preflop vs a lag is a better alternative.
