KK 6-max hand. Line check.
One of those hands where criticism is appreciated on all streets. Possibly a bigger bet on the flop? Is turn push spew?
Villain is 19/9 over 75 hands. Re: KK 6-max hand. Line check.
Ugh I just hate when this happens. I hate to say it, but I think this guy hit jackpot on flop with AQ. When the turn brings in the flush - fugly for your hand and I'd probably check/reluctant fold it.

Re: KK 6-max hand. Line check.
AQ is a very likely here if he is @ 19/9. When he calls your 3-bet I put him on AK, AQ, QQ.
If he has AK, QQ he is trying to c/c a straight or get to showdown cheap. However I would play as you, good line. |

Re: KK 6-max hand. Line check.
Turn shove seems pretty standard
Do other bet more on this flop? I generally bet less in 3bet flops, but with this texture I am betting closer to 26-28. OP, if he has AQ he is getting your money, you are not getting away from this for 1 buyin Also - I'm not very scared of this turn card - he doesn't have many flush possibilities here. I doubt a 19/9 is calling your large 3bet OOP with small suited connectors. Kc and Jc are out... AcQc alrdy has you beat, leaving a loose AcTc PF call, but that's a small range of flush hands. |

Villain has QQ. Not sure of my thought process to only bet 2/3 pot on flop. But yeah, other than that, plays out standard.

Re: KK 6-max hand. Line check.
I would usually bet $21 (2/3 pot) in this case. However you have to adjust your bet for the texture of the flop. Its so wet that even if you slow down the board is just going to get scarier (for you and villain). In these cases you need to bet stronger so that you get full value (and possibly commit) whatever hands that are willing to call your cbet on this flop. I would probably bet $29-31 here.
Turn is standard shove given stacks and pot size. |
