I am , a little. I find the timing of this bonus--one of the better ones they've had in quite a while--to be rather suspect. I wonder who controls our deposits as of right now.

Email them, apparently alot of people (including myself) are not getting the bonus when depositing, however when I emailed them they got it for me a few hours later (others also)

Correct. Just e-mail them. I got mine within 30 minutes, probably. 2000 raked hands is a hell of a grind on Empire.
