Default Final Round Trading Interview

I have a final-round interview with a Chicago trading firm next week. How do these things usually go? Is the best way to prepare just to learn as much as possible about the firm and industry?

Also, what % of people at the final rounds usually actually get internships?

Best I understand, they do some of both, with 80% being on the floor.

Or maybe the 20% upstairs is just trading on electronic-based markets, would that make more sense?

When I went for my round 1 interview they told me only like 15% was trading, 85% of sales. Not sure if yours is the same but might be good to know before hand.

In i-banking about 25% of people at round 2 get the job, but 9if you are good enough for a round 2 in one place, generally its just a matter of fit and you can get a round 2in a few other places

This is kind of a unique company... they trade only their own capital so it's all trading and no sales.

But yeah, I had a conversation about S&T with a guy at Goldman and he definitely seemed to be of the opinion that the analyst jobs in BB S&T are mostly sales.
