Beat:

Here's an email I sent to Stars Support:

Can I get some sort of prize for taking this beat? Maybe a jacket like they give in casinos. Or $200k like they give at Party?
At least turn off the doomswitch?

Here's Scott's reply (gotta love it when Customer Service people use the word "sucks")

Yes, that sucks. But unfortunately, we cannot compensate you for that hand.
One of the odd things about dealing as many hands as we do (as many as
10,000,000 per day) is that hands like this happen on PokerStars almost
every day, to somebody in some game. It's about 5,000,000:1 for this to
happen, so as I said, it happens almost every day.

You've won some pretty good money on PokerStars, and one of the reasons is
that people go after stupid draws. Sometimes they get lucky.

I wish you well in your future games.
