As far as I know there are two different approaches to multiple level thinking. Either you start with zero, or with one. Starting with zero makes more sense but you can't blame him for that.
I had some problems with his Blue Book. There are some decisions I really don't get. I know he plays tight early on, but who folds AT in MP first in?
