Bad Beat recommendation..
Whenever I get a bad beat, I do a set of reps of bicep curls with a dumbell right next to my chair.
Really helps with the stress, and turns neg. energy into a positive outcome. Sup bro? |

Re: Bad Beat recommendation..
I think it`s crazy, but perhaps we should carry together our tricks to not go on tilt.
And souterndog i like it, by doing this you distracr villains attention to your behavior, which will send him away of his A Game |

Re: Bad Beat recommendation..
I take many more bad beats than I give and I'm proud of that.
It means I am the one making the good decisions. So I might try your suggestion when I lay a bad beat because that means I made a bad decision and need to relieve the stress of playing bad poker. |

For example, getting all-in with middle set on a dry board in a NLHE game without deep stacks is not a bad decision. If your opponent happens to have top set than that is just bad luck, not bad play on your part. Paul |
