4-bet it is.

Now whether to shove or not. I can't really see to much difference here, as all OUR money is going in one way or the other. Raising to 70-80 may induce a hand like 56s, AJ-Qs to push thinking they have fold equity. It may also be less daunting to a hand like AQ when they don't see the full $200 in there. But then again you may get a small pocket pair to think the same.

By pushing we may fold out small to medium pocket pairs, which is a plus for us. At the same time, we may scare off AQ from pushing, or 56s from bluffing.

I would probably go with pushing, as this makes our future play with 4-bet bluffs easier to play (which we probably won't be doing to much of anyway).
