Ok talked to the [censored]. Apparently the guy who originally called me was a complete moron and wrong about seizing funds. Though, theres nothing I can do about them closing out the accounts. Even though I have done nothing illegal and they agree they seem to claim that if theres any link to internet gambling it's their groups policy to close out all accounts and give a check and/or send the money to whatever account I want.

US Bank is [censored] stupid as [censored] anyways though. I was gunna clean out that account and make an ING or HSBC anyways...I suppose they are just expediting my plans.

Whoever said why did I tell them I was an internet gambler was right. Bad idea. Though my mom originally made some implications about online poker when they called her though so I had no choice.

Don't tell those [censored] [censored].

Isn't US Bank the same one that is giving credit cards to illegal immigrants now? Glad to see they have their priorities straight.
