Would this work?
I have a friend who lives outside of US. What would be wrong if he created a company in his name, used this company to create accounts on poker sites, set up a proxy server so that I could log into his location, and paid me a commission to play poker from his account as his employee?

Re: Would this work?
The company name per se is simply my friends name. As for the computer, the idea is to proxy to his computer so the software is actually being installed and run on his site, not from my computer.

Re: Would this work?
You should be careful about utilizing either anonymous public proxies or small proxy groups (where you are identifiable to the proxy owner)... consider that a warning
