Default $10 folding off a big stack

After amassing 8000 chips in the first 30 minutes of the Stars $10/360 I went card dead for a while and then managed to donk off most of my stack within a couple orbits. Despite my stack I hadn't been getting out of line and until the following nobody had been playing back at me. I was steaming by the end of this sequence. Am I playing too tenatively or is this just standard variance catching up to me..

HAND 1
Villain here is 18/10. I considered looking him up but I thought better of it.

BB has been really tight 10VPIP. I thought this was close but I knew I was way behind vs. his range.

Same villain as in Hand 2 one orbit later - I'm really frustrated by this point...

If I check that flop it's usully to c/r once you get to the turn you def call he could be doing this with worse hands and even vs a K you have 6 outs most of the time.

#2 totally standard

#3 I don't like the raise/fold line because they have 14x and anything I open in this spot I am planning on calling a shove.

#4 if you are going to raise PF you need to c-bet flop I don't think the 4x is nec people are going to limp/fold or limp/call pretty much the same hands to 3x or 4x in SB in my experiences so the smaller the pot is when you have intiative the better your position advantage helps you.
