Aces and flush draw on turn
Villain is unknown. What's the plan for the turn? Just bet out? Is this strong enough that I should be willing to get it in?

Re: Aces and flush draw on turn
Pot and and push if the button raises unless you have some kind of read on him that he slowplays sets. If he's ahead it's because he peeled one off with J8xx or he wasn't scared of the flop and decided to see a turn before raising with a set or worse two pair.

Re: Aces and flush draw on turn
What can we expect to be ahead of if he is pushing? We are behind any two pair or set and we are ahead of any other pair + flush draw.

Re: Aces and flush draw on turn
Well, I went for a c/r. He bet 17, SB folded, I raised all in. He called with JJ83. I lose.

Re: Aces and flush draw on turn
If he is pushing here- its typically a 9Txx or a 45xx. Or it could be a set like it was here. I don't think felting this on the turn is a bad play at all. You got a nut draw and an overpair. If he only has 2 pair your not in horrible shape either.

Re: Aces and flush draw on turn
I'd pot and call, shove is good too. Bad luck this time, but most of the time you really aren't in bad shape.

Re: Aces and flush draw on turn
I would just bet out. I can't imagine he'd fold to a c/r if he bets close to pot.
