I had just sat down at both these tables so no reads. Hand #1 I figured I'd call the flop bet to try to hit a 6 or 8 and I did. Probably not the best play. I am more interested on the turn and river play.

Hand #2 I check behind the 7 on the turn since I figured it was very possible he had a 7 and made trips, or would bluff me even if he didn't. Then the river was wierd in that it filled the flush draw.

Any help?

you play like you played limit, read about betsizing and in general, bet more.


id go ahead and lead the turn in hand 1 and folding the flop probably isnt bad either. as played, the river is an easy fold he has a flush here almost always.

hand 2 river is anotehr fold, but id probably check behind.
