Please help.
I downloaded Vanguard digitally and cannot connect. I get to the login screen, put in my Station Username and Password and all is well.
I get to the update screen and it goes through the file check.
I hit Play and receive the error:
Vanguard Client (Official RELEASE) has stopped working.

I dont know what else to do.
I've been on the phone with Sony support multiple times. They keep wanting to change my video drivers and roll them back etc. However the drivers they give me wont work at all.
I'm running Windows Vista with a GeForce 7600 GT Video Card running direct X 10.
They wanted me to install 100.30 drivers for my vid card but those wont even install. I'm instead running 100.64 drivers.
I can play WoW, EQ2, Poker, etc on my PC. Just not Vanguard.

Did you run Vangard as administrator by right clicking it when you launched it?

Fixed. My directX wasn't working correctly.

Too bad, Vanguard is terrible. I logged in for a whole 5 minutes in beta.

5 mins during beta, thats the perfect amount of time to render judgment on a product. Think of where your sex life would be had your wife/girlfriend had the same standards.
