I've been completely in line @ this particular table, but other than that we both know we are regs.
No bad blood. DrunkPP is 15/19, wtsd/wonsd 23/47 agg is 5 across all streets Stack @ $400 Preflop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($6, 6 players) Hero raises to $14, MP folds, CO folds, BTN raises to $48, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls $34 Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($102, 2 players) Hero checks, BTN bets $7, DrunkPPlaya: oops Hero calls $7 Turn: 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] [9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]] ($116, 2 players) Hero checks, BTN bets $80, Hero calls $80 Felt like an obligatory bet with his entire range. I planned on checking most rivers, as I expect him to check behind. Speak up if you think this sucks. River: 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] [7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]] ($276, 2 players) So yeah how can I get to valuetown from here? |

if hes apt to pay off with something like QQ for 75, then bet 75. i dont see how you can extract any more with a different line, ie betting more or checkraising.
though you could go for a sick blocker bet of like $30 and then 3bet. |

Word. I thought about that microblocker bet, which I mean even if he has AK, in his spot I might
call just for the information. If this were back in the day on PP, I think the microblock is a f'ing goldmine, but against tougher regulars I think a full on check leads to more mistakes - but certainly not on this board. So little information, and the river does not change his line. In hindsight I think the correct action is a 3/4- full PSB. |

I guess I would probably throw a $60 fake blocking bet out for value that he can call w/ overpairs and hopefully he shoves on w/ air. Other than that I don't think there is much you can do...you just won't be getting paid off that much unless he has a flush/ overpair/ or for some reason decides to look you up because he believes his misclick changed the dynamic of the hand.

The Problem with a big bet is that don't see a good player pay you off with an overpair on this board. There's not a single hand he beats that you could have played that way.
I like the idea of a small bet that hopes to get raised. |

The turn was basically a continuation bet, if he has QQ he is betting the river and will call at least a min raise because the hand went weird and he will probably err on the side of showdown.
