Seriously, why not just look into a Chipotle franchise? But are you serious about people liking gringo Mexican food better? I thought that's just what people ate in places where good Mexican food isn't available.

Most "Authentic Mexican" places I ate at in Cali weren't worth eating at. Bland tasteless food. I missed the spicy ameri-mexican food I was used to in Ohio.
