I don't know, but the river bet really looks like he is trying to get value here. I think calling is bad. It may be a blocker w/ 88ish hand, but w/ only ~12 left in his stack, I don't think he will fold to a push. Maybe. Call me a nit, but my advice would be fold the flop, fold the turn, and fold the river.

Fold or raise flop. I would just fold it.

If the "overcards" are really outs then a raise should do the trick. That should be the last money you put in unless you hit your gssd. If the overcards aren't outs then you can't draw profitably.

Edit: as played turn call is marginal, fold river

Fold the flop, you have 6 high and little chance of improving. When a hand like 74o has you crushed, calling is never a good option.

I fold the flop. Villains hand samplesize is far too low and his stats so far dont scream "OMG MANIAC".

There are so many hands he could donk with and you only beat 54. If you think you might get a freecard on the turn and your overcard outs are good you might call,
but the turn is an easy fold for me, sicne you're most likely drawing to 6 outs or maybe even 2.
