Default 2nd nut flush, raise or slowplay

10 handed pretty loose 2/5NL game. People view me as tight, I view villain as between TAG and LAG. He's only showed the nut flush which he called the turn with the draw and hit on the turn, checked behind and bet the river. He doesn't raise Ax with limpers as far as I can see.
Villain has $900 and I cover.

I limp 3rd in in MP on Js7s, 3 people call behind as do the blinds.

FLOP: AsKsTs
checked to me I fire 20, villain immediately behind raises to 60, folded back to me, I call with the intention of firing on any turn card.

TURN:Th
I fire out $75, he raises to $200, I?

Thoughts on all streets encouraged.
